PORTLAND, Maine - New England Rehabilitation Hospital presented several awards at their annual Employee Appreciation Day celebration held May 6, 2008. Gary Sylvester, PT of Freeport, was named Clinician of the Year.

“When you mention the name of this year’s recipient of the Clinician of the Year, everyone’s initial reaction is a big smile,” stated Amy Morse, CEO as she presented Gary with his award. “Gary is the “voice of reason” to all situations. In working with patients, the focus is on making sure they have a completed understanding of the goals of treatment and expectations through their stay.”
